The photovoltaic wet freezing test chamber is suitable for conducting thermal cycling, wet freezing cycling, and high temperature and high humidity double 85 tests on photovoltaic modules (solar panels) to confirm whether the modules can withstand the negative temperature effects after high temperature and high humidity, as well as fatigue and thermal failure caused by repeated temperature changes. In addition, it determines the thermal stress generated by photovoltaic modules exposed to high humidity and their ability to resist long-term moisture penetration It is an essential testing equipment in the photovoltaic module industry.

The photovoltaic wet freezing test chamber adopts a true color 7.0-inch (North Carolina) TFT LCD touch sensitive Chinese/English display controller When setting up the program, only the temperature and time parameters need to be set, without the need to input additional commands such as compressor startup;
It has 1000 program memories, each with 1000 steps and 100 cycles, and 10 program linking functions;
Equipped with one USB interface and one LAN communication interface, it can monitor the testing process and perform functions such as automatic power on/off;
PID automatic calculation and FUZZY control, with data acquisition, export, and graphical viewing functions.

a. Thermal cycle test
(Purpose: To determine the ability of components to withstand thermal mismatch, fatigue, and different stresses caused by repeated temperature changes)
Cycle the component between temperatures of -40 ℃± 2 ℃ and+85 ℃± 2 ℃ The temperature change between the highest and lowest temperatures shall not exceed 100 ℃/h
b. Wet freeze test
(Purpose: To determine the ability of components to withstand high temperatures, high humidity, and subsequent sub zero temperatures.)
Make the component change at a rate not exceeding 100 ℃/h between+85 ℃ and 25 ℃, and not exceeding 200 ℃/h between 25 ℃ and -40 ℃
c. Wet heat test
(Purpose: To determine the ability of components to withstand long-term moisture infiltration)
Test temperature: 85 ℃± 2 ℃
Test humidity: 85% ± 5%
Test time: 1000h
